Returns

Customer satisfaction is paramount important to Dishrags & Dustruffles, therefore, if you are not fully happy with your purchase or have changed your mind, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To receive a refund, please return the item/s in the original condition and packaging as well as providing your receipt. If the item is received after the two weeks, store credit will be issued. 

  • To get the process rolling, please email renee@dishragsdustruffles.com.
  • Just write a very brief description of the item and reason for return and if you would like a refund, store credit or make an exchange.
  • Refunds will be processed within a day or two upon receipt of package at store.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

 

Exchanges

Exchanging an item is basically the same as returning, just state in your email which item/s you would like to exchange your original purchase for and as soon as your package reaches the store, the transaction will be taken care of and exchanged items will go out promptly.
